Beautiful 19th century Louis Philippe wood and gesso overmantel mirror. The gilt frame is crested with a highly decorative pair of cherubs with an arrangement of flowers or urn.
It retains original the mirror glass, which is slightly foxed and backboards. There is some structural damage to the frame, which in parts gesso can be seen. However, this adds to the charm and overall look. Would perfectly compliment a modern rustic vibe in the home.
Measurements: 152cm high x 84cm wide x 15cm deep.
